Suitable for cleaning equipment where the task is to collect or remove separately residues of oily-greasy-muddy sludges and deposits. It is advantageously used to degrease prior to processing of the plates treated with a temporary protective oil.

Using a spray gun, sauce, brush on the surface to be cleaned in such a quantity that the dirt is soaked and after 10 to 20 minutes wait, remove the dirt with a jet of water. The composition cleans the surface of the structural materials, especially the metal surfaces, by emulsifying the oily, greasy deposits, making them water-soluble and removing the inorganic contaminants by adhesion. After the wash, the wastewater emulsifies mineral oil, which is partly from the cleaned surface partly from the detergent into the washing water. The composition of Brigecol D3 has been designed so that the resulting emulsion can be demolished easily, cheaply with domestic products. According to our large-scale experience, in the factories having a sewage treatment plant at 200-300 g / m3, after the addition and mixing of aluminum sulphate or calcium chloride, the emulsion separates after 1-2 hours. The oil that has emerged on the surface of the water can be drained. After collection, it can be burnt or burnt. Of course, all users must develop an oil-based wastewater treatment technology that is applicable to the local conditions. After the emulsion breakdown and curing, the organic water content of the washwater is below 10mg / liter. This wash water can be recycled or drained.
